The Perfect Holiday Recipe

For Reed College’s Holiday Alumni Party this past weekend, WCEP created a life-size gingerbread house garnished with gum drops, peppermint trim and a candy cane lane. The scene was frosted with snow and sugar trees (created with our crystal beaded trees that can be uplit in any color).

Twelve Days of Christmas

12DaysofXmas12TreeChristmas has arrived at the Spirit Mountain Casino in Grand Ronde, Oregon!

A partridge in a pear tree, two turtle doves, three french hens… and on it goes. WCEP’s design team created Twelve Days of Christmas in the casino’s lobby with twelve unique trees, each trimmed to correspond with a verse of the classic holiday melody.

It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas

For the tenth year in a row, West Coast Event Productions helped deck the halls of the Oregon Convention Center for Providence’s annual Festival of Trees – a holiday festival decorated with more than 100 trees, wreaths and holiday vignettes created by local designers, businesses and volunteers. Proceeds support critically needed health care for children and adults and leading-edge research at Providence Health & Services.

Partnering with the Gately Academy, WCEP designed a red and gold christmas tree with poinsettias, bells, oversized ornaments and the message “Believe.”

WCEP On the Set of “Twilight”

twilightpromThis past weekend, the Twilight Saga’s New Moon had the third most successful opening in the history of film.

Last year, WCEP was featured in the first film of the saga Twilight in the final prom scene.

WCEP’s Twilight prom items included crystal beaded trees, props for the Monte Carlo casino theme, antique lamp posts, the red carpet walkway, and of course, lots of romantic lighting.
